Position Overview
The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as both an advertising consultant and relationship manager, responsible for developing new business, managing ongoing client relationships, and ensuring advertisers achieve their marketing objectives through Front Porch Atlanta’s print and digital platforms.
This position blends sales, account management, and marketing strategy, making it ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect and identify potential advertisers within target communities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, email, and in-person networking.
- Present the value of Front Porch Atlanta’s neighborhood advertising solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and quotas.
Advertising Consultation
- Understand each client’s goals and design effective print/digital ad strategies.
- Prepare professional proposals and presentations that align with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate ad, creative, and placement with internal design and production teams.
Account Management & Retention
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact for all advertising needs.
- Ensure smooth campaign delivery, renewals, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records and communications in the CRM system.
- Proactively follow up to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Negotiation & Coordination
- Manage contracts, pricing, and payment schedules.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure ads meet production deadlines.
- Track performance and provide recommendations to improve the campaign.
Market & Community Awareness
- Stay informed on advertising trends, community events, and competitor offerings.
- Attend local events or sponsor gatherings to strengthen community ties.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing (preferably advertising/media).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up habits.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Background in media sales, publishing, or local advertising.
- Experience working with small businesses or community organizations.
- Prior experience with AdOrbit, AdSales Genius, Magazine Manager, or other ad sales platforms.

Position Summary
The Print Production Assistant plays a hands-on role in the physical production of Front Porch Atlanta publications. This position supports digital production printers (Ricoh and Konica Minolta), operates bindery and finishing equipment, and assists with postal preparation and deliveries. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a commercial digital printing environment and takes pride in producing clean, professional, print-ready materials.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Print Production & Press Support
Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of digital production printers (Ricoh and Konica Minolta platforms)
Load paper stock, manage toner, and configure job settings
Monitor print quality, registration, and color consistency
Perform routine digital press maintenance, calibration, and cleanup
Troubleshoot basic print issues and escalate technical concerns as needed
Bindery & Finishing
Operate bindery equipment such as:
Folding machines
Stitchers
Trimmers/cutters
Collators
Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality
Package printed materials for mailing and distribution
Mailing & Logistics
Prepare publications for postal processing and bulk mailing
Make scheduled deliveries to the postal center or mailing facility
Assist with labeling, bundling, and documentation for mail drops
General Production Support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production workspace
Assist with inventory management of paper, toner, and supplies
Support production deadlines tied to fixed publication schedules
Communicate issues related to equipment, materials, or print quality
Required Qualifications
Moderate experience in a commercial digital printing environment
Familiarity with digital production printers (Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or similar platforms)
Experience operating bindery and finishing equipment
Ability to lift and move paper stock and printed materials (up to ~50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver’s license and ability to make local deliveries
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a production setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with publication, newsletter, or short-run digital printing
Familiarity with bulk mailing preparation and postal requirements
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
Understanding of production workflows and print deadlines
Work Environment
In-house digital commercial print facility
Combination of standing, lifting, and equipment operation
Deadline-driven production environment tied to recurring publication schedules
